Fiorenza by Giambologna
In one of the rooms of Villa Petraia, Florence, in the so-called “studio Fiorenza,” is exposed one of the most beautiful sculptures of the sixteenth century Florentine bronze with Venus / Fiorenza Giambologna. The statue crowned the fountain of the same name, already in the garden of Castello villa and subsequently transferred to Petraia villa in 1788.
