L’opera dei vetrai
Inaugurated in Piegaro the bronze statue “L’opera dei vetrai”, by the Master Piero Bertelli and donated to the Umbrian City by Giovanni Bartolozzi, founder and owner of an important Montelupo Fiorentino’s glassware Company, “Vetreria Etrusca”.
A tribute to the village, to its workers and to a job that has permeated the economic fabric of the territory. The Bertelli’s sculpture becomes the junction of an important past and a future that will hopefully go back to hope in the young generations.
