First Monuments

Between 1930 and 1940 from the Marinelli Foundry most of the monumental works present in the main Italian and foreign cities came out.

The post-war period is characterized by the central role that the Marinelli Foundry has in the metallotechnical sector: a destination for students of art schools and professionals (VI National Conference of Metallurgy and XXI International Congress of Foundry Technical Associations) and participated at the Universal Exhibition in Brussels, winning the Grand Prix for the bronzes on display (1958).

Ferdinando Marinelli Sr. died in 1958, leaving his sons Marino and Aldo the task of continuing a tradition that already had more than half a century. Orders continue to arrive, statues were cast for almost the whole world, monumental doors for churches, monuments for institutions and governments including the American one.
