At the same time that the foundry was busy working in the Vatican, the Holy See recommended Marinelli to cast some doors for other Roman religious buildings, including that of the Church of Sant’Eugenio, designed by engineer Enrico Galeazzi and inaugurated on 2 June 1951, the construction of which had been made possible thanks to the proceeds of the offerings sent by the faithful from all over the world on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the episcopal consecration of Pius XII.
